These soap tools are made for the soap maker who wants to streamline the molding and cutting process. They are professional tools, made to last in production use. They are cleanable and made with high quality materials. We have designed these tools to assist in the making and production of cold or hot process soap. They are not well suited for "Melt & Pour" soap making.

Check back here for updated pictures and products. SINGLE CUTTER Our original all purpose soap cutter is back by popular demand!! (See picture above) This sturdy tensioned wire cutter is made to cut blocks into logs, and logs into bars of soap. It measures about 12" front-to-back by 18" wide, and can cut blocks or logs up to 4" tall. The 20 guage cutting wire can be easily replaced, if broken, and the cutter comes with a replacement taped onto the bottom of the base so you won't have to go searching for it, should you ever need it. We designed a screen printed acrylic cutting surface that has a handy measuring ruler with the "zero" at the cutting line. This allows you to perfectly center blocks or logs. BLOCK MOLD
This is a block mold that holds 12 - 15 lbs of soap.
It makes this part of the soapmaking process a breeze. The mold itself is made of HDPE plastic- a material that soap does not readily stick to- and has a plywood base. The front of the mold comes off, and the cured soap can then be taken out of the mold on the removeable plastic tray, and set out to dry, or cut into logs and bars.
Some recipes of soap don't require any lining of the mold, while others require that the bottom be lined with a sheet of parchment paper, or a sheet of mylar (available in fabric stores), if you want a re-useable liner. A mylar sheet on top will insure that there is very little or no soda ash formation. This produces a block with no wasted soap.
Using this mold and our cutters, the whole unmolding-cutting process can be done in minutes rather than frustrating hours. Your resulting bars of soap will be consistent. Your labels will now fit properly around you bars! Your soap will fit into your boxes!

MULTI-CUTTER
This is the cutter for you if you wish to cut your soap logs into professional looking bars. With one swing of the handle you will cut six 1" bars evenly and consistently.
This cutter consists of a wooden base with two pivoting handles, attached to 6 tensioned stainless steel wires. The tension is adjustable, and the wires are easily replacable. A new cutter includes an extra set, although our customers tell us they very rarely need to use these.
The cutter can accomodate logs up to about 4" wide, and any length.
Made with domestic hardwoods, and European birch plywood. It measures 10" x 12" x 6" high.

DIVIDED SOAP MOLD
This is a soap mold that will hold 12-14.5 lbs of soap. It has three dividers that can be removed if needed. With this mold you can make four different logs of soap, or take out one or all of the dividers and make one big block of soap. The front is easily removeable using two knobs, and the bottom tray slides out so that removing the soap from the mold is easy!
It is made with HDPE, a type of plastic that soap does not readily stick to, and has a sturdy Europly base. We even include a mylar sheet for the bottom, and mylar to wrap the dividers with.
This tool is made to last for years of production.

AIR MOLD
This is our newest soap mold. It is made of 2" PVC, and holds about 28 oz of soap, so it's perfect for sample batches, wedding or "Bed and Breakfast" soaps, or just a small batch.
It is simple to use. Just place the "silicone gasket" into the bottom, spray the inside of the mold with oil, pour in your cold process soap after it traces and let it sit for a day or two. When you're ready to unmold it, hook it up to a standing bike pump. A couple of pumps on the handle, and the soap floats out! No lining the mold!
It is incredible to see, and a real joy to use.
This mold is perfect for people who struggle with lifting heavy block molds, but still want to make soap in quantites.
