ARM REST - Ebony These arm rests are finely crafted from aged jet black ebony. Once in place, they will help protect your mandolin from sweat and "finish wear" that might occur from your forearm rubbing against the instrument as you play. You might even find that your tone and volume are enhanced. Both the armrest and the clamp have a narrow layer of cork to protect your finish. This product comes complete with an adjusting tool to snugly fit the armrest to your mandolin. Available in Nickel or Gold Hardware Plating. Price : $35.00

MANDOLIN PEG WINDER
This winder has been designed to cut down the time required to change strings on the mandolin. The pocket that comes into contact with the tuner knobs is the pefect size for mandolin tuner knobs. Also, the smaller size of the crank fits perfectly between the tuner knobs.
It is made from finished hardwood (your choice of walnut, figured maple or mahogany). It sports a felt bottomed cup to prevent damage to the tuner knobs.
Save your fingers, and protect the pegs and peghead of your valuable mandolin. Get this elegant winder today!

Jubilee Polish 1-Step Cleaner & Polish
“A celebration of natural ingredients that restores your instrument to its original glory.”
We are pleased to announce the addition of this fabulous polish to our line-up of musical instrument products. Invented and manufactured right here in Nashville, Tennessee, by the renowned musician, luthier and repair-guy, David Harvey, this polish does what no other polish on the market will do. In one step it cleans, polishes and protects Varnish, Shellac and Vintage Lacquer finishes. It also works well on Polyurethane and Water Based finishes.
Unlike other polishes, it actually cleans the finish, and nourishes the wood underneath it. Jubilee Polish actually stops most oxidation, deterioration, cracking, checking, and worst of all, flaking. (On new varnish finishes, David recommends waiting one full year to let the varnish properly cure before using Jubilee Polish.) Jubilee Polish contains no wax, silicone, petroleum distillates or smelly chemicals. David won’t tell us what is in it, but this stuff works! It is currently available in a convenient 2 ounce size. Get yours today!

MANDOLIN GIG BAG Here we have a simple yet functional mandolin Gig Bag. Black in color, it appears to be made out of nylon, or maybe polyester. It measures approx. 12" at the largest edge, 7" at the smallest end, and has an overall length of just over 28". I think this case was originally designed to hold a flat, "Army/Navy" or "pancake" style mandolin. Just to see, I did put an F-5 mandolin in this case, and it did fit just fine, so I suppose it would also hold an A-Style mandolin as well. This case includes a zippered pocket on one side that is large enough to hold sheet music, a tuner, and maybe a tuna sandwich. The only label on the case says, "Made in Korea". That being said, this seems to be a very well made case, reasonably padded, made of quality components, and priced to sell! I have been selling these for about a year now, and most people have been real happy with them, sometimes ordering more later. There's no business like repeat business! Also, as you have probably noticed, you can't beat the price! Price: $10.00

MANDOLIN KIT
Here we have a relatively easy to build mandolin kit. If you are willing to invest some hours of your own time, you can experience the satisfaction of building your own musical instrument. In this case, that instrument is a flat, Army/Navy style mandolin. But don't worry, most of the more difficult work has been done for you.
The body of the instrument has already been assembled. You will have to do some neck work, fret work, assembly, finishing, and set-up work. The peghead and neck have not been shaped, so there is plenty of room for you to try your own designs, or use the ideas we have provided.
Parts in This Kit Include...
Mandolin Body - Top, back, and sides are made of laminated wood and have been assembled for you. Side kerfing and top/back bracing are part of the inside of this pre-assembled body. Outside binding for the top and/or back of the body is not included, but is available as an option, as listed below.
The mahogany neck provided with this kit has the truss rod installed, ears glued on the peghead, and is ready for neck and pehead shaping, drilling for tuners, etc.
Rosewood Fingerboard is pre-shaped and includes slots and dot holes (13 7/8" scale).
Rosewood Peghead Veneer blank
Rosewood Neck Wedge
Fretboard Dots
Fret Wire
Bridge, ready for compensation filing along the top (Drawing included)
Nut Blank
Tuners with bushings and mounting screws
Tailpiece with mounting screws
Strings
Strap Button and screw
Templates for: Bridge Compensation
Bridge String Slots
Neck Contours
Peghead shape
Tuner hole locations
We have written easy to follow and comprehensive instructions to guide you through the assembly of this mandolin. These instructions have LOTS of pictures to explain all of the processes. We just had a person with no previous instrument building experience build one of these mandolins, and the instructions seemed to work just fine for him. In fact, the mandolin he built wound up being the one in most of the pictures of the instructions that come with this kit.
If you have already built a mandolin or guitar from scratch, this might not be the kit for you. However, if you would like to try your hand at instrument building, without having to invest too much time or money, and end up with a fine little instrument, this kit might be just the ticket for you.
Supplies are limited. We will be offering somewhere between 25 and 50 of these kits, and then that will be it, for this particular model anyway.
The price for this entire kit (wood, tuners, tailpiece, bridge, strings, everything) is only $79.00
Optional Items:
Gig Bag $10.00
Adjustable Bridge $20.00
Fretted and Dotted Fretboard $30.00
Body binding material $10.00

MANDOLIN or MANDOLA TAILPIECE
Here we have a good quality mandolin or mandola tailpiece. It is the standard stamped type of tailpiece, where the top slides on and off of the base. Both pieces are made of metal, and appears to be chrome plated, (It really is chrome, even though the picture makes it look gold colored). The removable cover has been engraved with a rather ornate design, as you can see in the picture. The base includes three holes for mounting screws (which are not supplied with this tailpiece) and a larger hole to make room for the instrument's end pin. Under the cover, there are 8 tabs that are used to hold the loop end of your strings. This tailpiece looks a lot like a standard Gibson stamped tailpiece, but I did notice there are only 8 of these tabs, instead of the usual extra ones for the unwound strings to bend around. I have put this same kind of tailpiece on newly built mandolins, with excellent results. As with most tailpieces of this variety, you may have to do some final fitting to get the sliding cover to fit perfectly on the base. I do this with the help of a bench vise and a small hammer. If you are a builder or repair-person, you might like to know that I have several of these tailpieces. Let me know if you are interested in buying this item in quantity.
